Refunds

  • Deposit payments are fully-refundable up to 24hours from the time they were purchased, referred to as a standard ‘cooling off period’. Thereafter, a deposit then pays the equivalent value of reserving a specific time/date for your appointment, the cost of supplies required for the treatment and ensuring no one else can book that allocated appointment time – and are therefore non-refundable after the initial 24hours.

  • When paying the full amount up-front, the entire value is fully-refundable within 24hours of your payment, known as the ‘cooling off period’. Thereafter, the value is only part-refundable due to there being a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of a standard deposit to cover the value of reserving the allocated time/date and all of the supplies etc required to carry out that treatment – but the remainder of the total amount will be refunded.

Returns (If you are unhappy with your treatment)

  • In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your completed eyebrow treatment, an unbiased third-party intermediary will assess the treatment provided. Should they deem the work to be sub-standard (and not just a subjective opinion of the customer) then actions will be taken by BrowKind to rectify the issue at no cost to you.
